Take your lunch break outside and boost your energy with this fast, effective 30-minute workout. This high-intensity interval training class blends bodyweight exercises, cardio bursts, and functional movement all set outside on the turf of the 6th-floor fitness center.

EXPRESS ABS  

Tuesdays 12:15pm - 12:30pm

15-minutes of nonstop abdominal action. Work all areas of your core for this quick, effective workout. Come for a workout to break up your workday or add to the beginning or end of your own workout.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Wednesdays 4:30pm - 5:15pm

A workout focused on building strength, endurance and flexibility. This stronger form of practice encourages students to challenge themselves physically & mental engaging muscles, sustaining longer hold & finding a flow through various pacing.

SPIN + PILATES

Thursdays 7:45am - 8:30am

A high energy cycling class followed by Pilates-based exercises on the mat. This class will improve cardio and help strengthen the core, upper and lower body. Come for Spin, just Pilates or stay for both for a total body burn.
