A fast paced class moving from one exercise to the next with short rest periods in between. Exercises will vary week to week but will be a combination of strength and cardio exercises for a full body workout.
CIRCUIT TRAINING
Wednesdays & Fridays 12:15pm - 1:00pm
This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class energizes in a way that will promote flexibility, mobility, strength & relaxation. Move with your breath and focus your attention, finding a balanced flow to get into your own body.
K-FLOW
Thursdays 12:15pm - 12:30pm
15 minutes of non-stop abdominal action! Work all areas of your core for this quick but effective workout. Come for a workout to break up your work day or to add to the beginning or end of your own workout. All levels welcome.
